Since all seven of the PDF files are in the Files section of this group, and members here can download them at any time, you can probably save the bandwidth and not bother sending them any more.

 

As for the other PDFs, it seems like you could just upload other Harry Potter-related PDF files to the files section and send out a notice to members, who can then decide to download the file or not. PDFs not related to HP could be placed in other lists relevant to the subject matter.
