There will only be one HBP movie, but two DH movies. It has been confirmed by Warner Bros.

Hi there. I thought myself that if they did cut too much from the
story it would be indeed silly and very sad. I already think they
left too much out of OOTP, dont you think? Ive heard they will make 2
movies of the HBP...have you heard anything about that yourself?
