Correct, those sandwiches were premade, as Chandini said. She just
used a different summoning charm than "Accio." She also used a spell
so that when they were eaten, more would appear to take the place.
Remember in book 7, how Hermione was talking about Gamp's Law? She
said that she could multiply the fish, but couldn't "create" more.
Then Ron, being Ron in his Ron-ness, said, "Well don't bother,
because these taste horrible.
