[Harry Potter Official Club] Quesion: Did Snape know Voldemort was a Half-blood named Tom Riddle?

I'm writing this Severitus fic, and I was wondering.

Did Snape know Voldemort was a Half-blood named Tom Riddle? If he
did, when did he find out. I don't recall any mention of Severus
knowing, but he is in the Order, and he is the precious spy for the
light. It would makes sense if Dumbldore told him.

Does it say if he did or did not anywhere in the book?
