[Harry Potter Official Club] A flaw in the plot!

U remember that in 7th part hermione said that food cannot be made by
magic as it is 'one of the five exceptions to Gamp's Law of Elemental
Transfiguration'.
But in the 2nd year when ron and harry came through the flying ford
angelia, and Snape took them to his office, and then Mc Goanagall came
and meet them, and while leaving she produced sandwhiches and juice
from her wand. How come it is possible?
