If I remember right,which I probably don't only having read/listened
to the books a couple times, and I could be wrond which curse it was,
wasn't Bartie Crouch under the Imperious Curse and eventually he
managed to break free wouldn't Shacklebolt be able to break free and
put the wizarding world and the Muggle back to rights. I would think
Shacklebolt would have the powers to do such things.
