[Harry Potter Official Club] Re: wat's the meaning

Nitwit!- a slow-witted, stupid, or foolish person
Blubber!- the fat layer between the skin and muscle of whales and other
cetaceans, from which oil is made.
Oddment!- an odd article, bit, remnant, or the like
Tweak!- to pinch and pull with a jerk and twist

Now, if you were asking if there was any meaning to them, to the reason
he spoke them, the answer is in book 7. There was no reason. He said it
to be funny.
