We are store schooling! My husband works 6a-2p and our scrapbook
store is open 12-7. Since our oldest of 4 is only 8 school takes very
little time as far as "lessons." We used to do them in the morning
but since opening the store in January we do chores and then as much
outside as possible in the morning hours. Sometimes this includes
outside work such as lawn care or gardening but they enjoy it just the
same. Afternoons are for lunch, lessons and reading. Daddy picks up
at 2:30. It has worked out very well and the children are also
learning how to run a business by taking part where they are able. We
are so thankful for how it has worked so far.
BTW, I am Veronica and we have always homeschooled our children. We
live in a small town in MI.
